See Diploma education only will not give you any good opportunity. If you have a backing of degree course, then can you get good jobs. Your query is so small, that I could not know, whether you are into some degree course or had done some degree course earlier or not. So right now, what I can suggest you better is that go for a degree course right now. I am taking this granted that already you have completed your 12th standard degree. If yes then go for an arts graduation. Normally diploma courses help people in arts genre the most. So you will benefit from this genre.
Now in Arts graduation, it will be better if you take up History honors or English honors or Economics honors or Geography honors. After you pass out, straightway go for any government job like IAS or IPS or BDO or SDO or school teaching. Do not go for any commerce related job as it will nowhere be close to the arts genre and you will feel out of place. So take up forms for the next year April or May admission in any Arts and Science College and finish your graduation up.

after completing your diploma then you get just 12th standerd cirtificate.....

with 12th standerd or diploma cirtificate you will get small amount of salary in company..

so because of the reson you can do any degree it is common degree or professional degree...

if you have degree cirtificate with good communication skills then you get good job in company....
