    hi,

You have 3 options after doing diploma in electronics and communication engineering:
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    1)Higher Studies
    --------------------
You can do B.E/B.tech (4 years duration) which provides more knowledge related to your branch, grows opportunities for getting good job in terms of post, salary from a reputed company.

    2)Go for Job
    --------------
You can directly do job after diploma if your score is more than 70% along with the deep practical and theoretical knowledge and good communication skills.
    Government companies:
    BHEL
    ISRO
    NTPC
    CDAC
    ECIL
    BSNL
    Private companies:
    LSI Logic
    Honeywell
    Wipro
    Intel
    Cisco
    TCS

    3)Short-term courses
    -------------------------
If you feel that any two of the above options are not good for you, then you can go for short-term courses(4-6 months each) like:
    1)Embedded Systems
    2)VLSI
    3)Networking(CCNA)
    4)Robotics
    5)SCADA Communication

    All the best........

Please don't provide numbers.Secondly replying here will help others in finding answers to question similar to you. After diploma course you can go for companies interviews. You can register at various websites like time-jobs.com,monster.com.And apply with your CVs. But in diploma course you will not get good payment for that you can go B.tech after your diploma and then go for job.

    Hello friend,

*) After completing diploma in ECE, Go for Bachelor's degree(B.E).

*) If you go for job after diploma, The salary will be in the range of 10,000 to 15,000. Definitely, This will be not enough.

*) If you go for job after completing your Bachelor's degree, The salary will be in the range 25,000 to 30,000.

*) The above salary will be high when compared with diploma salary.

*) So, Go for Bachelor's degree. If you are interested, You can go for M.E. and P.hD.

All the best to become a successful engineer. Bye.

Re: What to do after completing Diploma course (Electronics and Communication Engineering)?

    Hi dude..

dude after the completion of your diploma course in electronics and communication engineering course of study you can take up jobs and also complete your graduation course of study in Electronics and communication engineering through the lateral entry for 2 nd year of Electronics engineering of B.Tech

There are jobs also which are available for the candidates after the Electronics in diploma course and when compared to B.Tech ECE the diploma has less opportunities.
There are some companies in government and private which will recruit the ECE diploma graduates as the diploma is also equal to the higher secondary education candidates with graduation is only having good reputation and good significance of jobs when compared to ECE in diploma...

some of the different sectors which are recruiting the ECE diploma holders are of
    BSNL
    RRB
    ISRO
    Samsung
    Reliance
    NTPC
    ONGC,etc..
these companies will recruit but they offer small posts when compared to graduates...

    REGARDS:
