Dear, as per the current scenario , if you want to get a good job either public or private in terms of both salary and opportunity , you need to be a bachelor degree holder because nowadays graduation has been mandate as an educational qualification in posts like bank clerk in which only 12th was required before.

So, you should first complete graduation.

It depends on the stream in which you have passed 12th standard. If you have completed in Medical then PMT is there for entrance in good college for MBBS Or BDS etc.
If you had completed intermediate in Non-Medical , There are lots of entrance tests are there for taking admission in good engg. institutes like AIEEE,JEE, CET etc.
If completed in arts or commerce . do complete your graduation in the same stream. After that you can have a good job.
If right now you want a job , you can join indian army (www.joinindianarmy.nic.in), State police etc.

haha good question, but it solely depends on your area of interest and also on stream.
Have confidence in yourself and think patiently that in what field you can attain heights and it doesn't matter whatever may be the field.
For example if you are A PCM/PCB student you can give various engineering/medical exams to become an engineear/doctor
if you have choosen Commerce than you can become a CA etc.

I suggest you to Go ahead and Do some Higher Education because its very difficult to Get a Job after 12th in present Competitive World.

I suggest you to go for Engineering as it is the Ever Green Filed.

To get into Engineering You need to apply for Entrance exams like Eamcet,AIEEE etc..

For applying for Engineering Entrance exams :-

You need to have completed your 12th.
