What is the difference in the course and syllabus of (BCA MCA) & B Tech (computer science) & B Tech IT

Do these MCA & Btech CS & BTech IT persons have same knowledge. Where do the difference comes. I want the difference on the basis of knowledge & course, not on the basis of job.

BCA+MCA is not a technical degree but still is a professional degree.

B.Tech is technical degree as well as professional degree + 2 years fast then this process.

so B-tech degree is better than BCA or MCA degree.

B.TECH and BCA are totally different courses. If you are doing a course in B.TECH you would be able to study about the various fields of engineering and its application. BCA is just a course based on the applications of computer. However data structures and keep concepts of oops will be taught in both BCA as well as B.TECH(CS/IT). In B.TECH there are core subject that include computer organization, system programming, Data Base Management. It is taught in depth in the Engineering stream. Infact there isnít much difference in the syllabus of Information Technology and Computer Science. I.T is normally more practical oriented. If you complete a BCA degree then you need to take a Masters too in order to look out for a better career. If you have an option, then choose any of the streams in engineering.
