    Hello friend

    >>Both mechanical and ECE candidates are very important , both the candidates can get jobs in government and private field
    >>The salary of mechanical engineer fresher ranges from 20,000 - 33,000 rupees
    >>The salary of electronic engineer fresher ranges from 15,000 - 20,000 rupees

    Mechanical Engineering :
Engineers in this field design, test, build, and operate machinery of all types; they also work on a variety of manufactured goods and certain kinds of structures.
    The field is divided into
    >>machinery, mechanisms, materials, hydraulics, and pneumatics
    >>heat as applied to engines, work and energy, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning.

    Electronics :
    >>Electronic engineering deals with the research, design, integration, and application of circuits and devices used in the transmission and processing of information.
    >>Information is now generated, transmitted, received, and stored electronically on a scale unprecedented in history, and there is every indication that the explosive rate of growth in this field will continue unabated.
    >>Electronic engineers design circuits to perform specific tasks, such as amplifying electronic signals, adding binary numbers, and demodulating radio signals to recover the information they carry.
    >> Circuits are also used to generate waveforms useful for synchronization and timing, as in television, and for correcting errors in digital information, as in telecommunications

    all the best.......

    Hiii friend,
Both mechanical and ece are one of the core baranches and both the engineers are required in almost every industry but the basic differnce is

    Mechanical engineer-

    -Mechanical engineering deals with
    machinery -- automobiles, trucks,
    machine tools, engines, pumps, and
things of that nature -- including
weapons and requires more labour work than ece
-Offers lucrative jobs in the government sector but less scope in the private sector

-Basically rwlated to technology and communication devuces like semiconductors.
-Mainly the private sector dominates the major portion of the jobs

I think you should opt for that stream
which interests you more rather than
which has more money killing your
    All the Best.
