Bsc degree deals only with theoritical aspects of electronics whereas in btech , application part is more.
Btech programs are mainly oriented with industrial demands whereas Bsc degree provides a base for further deep study through MS programs.
So, if you want to do job after graduation , then go for Btech , as Btech have more job opportunities than Bsc students.

bsc is a degree level course in graduation and b-tech is a engineering degree.
b-tech is 4 year course and bsc is a 3 year course.
after completing b-tech you will get higher package then bsc student.
b-tech is technology course.it has a wider scope.
