    Hi Komal..

B.Com hons. stands for Bachelor in Commerce.
The course is of 3 years duration.
You can do this course after your 12th.

There are many colleges in India which offer this course.
But,doing it from a top college is always advantageous for you.

Some of the good colleges in India for B.Com hons. are:-
    1.SRCC,Delhi.
    2.St. Xavier's,Kolkata.
    3.Loyola College,Chennai.
    4.Symbiosis,Pune.
    5.St. Xavier's,Mumbai.
    6.Hans Raj College,Delhi.
    7.Hindu College,Delhi,etc.

However, none of the college in DU provide B.Com coupled with CA course.
The colleges provide B.Com course and you will have to do CA your own or with help of coaching.
The admission procedure in DU colleges is according to the central govt. guidelines.
There is a reservation system for OBC,SC,ST,PH,sports quota stuents.
Last year, the general cut off for General Candidates in SRCC was 96% and for SC/ST candidates,it eas around 80% and in LSR,it was lower than this.
So,by applying your SC quota, you will easily get admission in SRCC this time.
Or if you want admission through sports quota, you will have to give trials.
50% weightage will be given to trials and 50% weightage will be given to certificates.
I hope your confusion is clear now.
Best of luck for your admission.
    Thanks.
