You have mentioned that you have completed 12th. But the areas of specialisation has not been specified. After B.Sc the best choice would be to go for M.Sc. If you are pursuing in the field of computer science then after B.Sc you could try for the MCA course. If you wish to study further than M.Tech is an option. if you have completed your +2 in science then you can go for bsc , after bsc you can go for either msc or if you have taken bsc compter science then you can go for the mca also
there are lot of opportunities after msc or mca .you can get job in companies like wipro infossys so on ,the companies will be conducting interviews for the people , so you have to do your best to get selected to the companies ,

You can join post graduation courses after Bsc depending on your intrest.

as you told that you are interested to do B.Sc. course after your 12th class...so after you'r B.Sc. course you can go for masters degree courses like M.Sc. course...other than M.Sc. course, you can do M.B.A. course with specialization in any one particular subject...except this,if you are interested to become IAS or IPS officer then you can apply for this also after completion of you'r B.Sc. course...

After B.sc (IT) it is beter to opt for MCA,because priority is given to MCA degree holders between M.sc (IT) and MCA.

However,you can also opt for MBA (IT) its scope in India is good.

But I will advice you to opt for MCA it will be much better for you,from the piont of career scope.

There are mainly two courses available for BSc students-
The First one is go for MSc.
MSc is Master degree course of 2 years.
And admission in Msc is based on your graduation marks and some colleges take a extra test in order to decide merit.

And the second one is BEd.
It is Professional course of 1 year.
and It is teaching line up course if you want to go in teaching line then i think the best course is Bed.
and here also admission through Your graduation marks and merit is also decided on your Graduation marks...

as of now you have completed your 12th class and you have decide to join in B.Sc thats good. After completing B.SC if you want to do Masters i would suggest you to do MBA. there are more options like MCA M.Sc too.. but comparatively MBA has more value. So after completing your Bachelors try hard and prepare for entrance exams like CAT MAT XAT etc. it is always good to study in well reputed institutions so try hard and score well in CAT and join IIM.. there are many Business schools in india so try MBA.
you can also apply for government jobs directly upon completion of your bachelors degree.. so also try for government jobs after completing your B.Sc..
