Re: What is the course structure for ICWAI?

This course is basically for those who have not completed their graduation. Even those who are 12th pass can apply for this course. This part of the course gives the candidates a basic knowledge in the various areas that they will specialise in. In the first paper the candidates will be given an insight on the types of organisational behaviour. Also there will be a part on the Management like HR, Management Change etc. The next will be on the fundamentals of accountancy. The third paper will be a paper on Economics. The last paper will be on Business Mathematics and also in the area of Statistics. It is a must to clear all the papers to go on to the next level. So the candidates must be prepared in all the areas.

The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India carries out the ICWAI program. There are chiefly three stages in the course. They are the Foundation, Intermediate and mains. Those who have conceded the Xii course in any disciplines can apply for the test. However, they should have conceded the course from a recognized Board. In addition, they should be 17 years of age or above. If you wish to join the course, you have to register for the program in ICWAI. The registrations are carried out in the months of June and December every year. Visit the official address of ICWAI for more details.
