One of the famous courses in the computer science and many candidates are prefer B.C.A course.Because it is a full of computer related.

B.C.A i.e Stands for Bachelors of Computer Application and the course is divided into Six Semester and duration of course is year .

To get admission in BCA course , you have to completed intermediate (12th) from a recognized Shool or equivalent qualification .

You must secure at least 60% aggregate marks in your examination and relaxation is given to the reserved categoeries .

There is no entrance examination for BCA course but some of colleges are conducting the entrance examination .

If you want to join BCA course then , you have to completed 12th with Mathematics Subjects in your examination then only , you can get admission into the BCA course .

But Some college are accepting with out mathematics in 12th examination . So , don't worry .

Syllabus is differ from college to college but there is no big difference some of languages only changed .

BCA stands for Bachelor of Computer Application and this course is of a duration of 3 years.

For joining in this course you need to have completed +2 with maths as subject.

Eligibility Criteria:

>The main eligibility criteria to study BCA is that you should have minimum 50% of marks at 10+2 level.

>Along with science students, commerce students can also study this subject. Those commerce students who had computer application as one of their subjects will find this course easier.

>The admission procedure varies from one college to the other. Some gives direct admission but the top rung colleges generally conducts an exam and merit list is published by combining your board marks and entrance exam marks.

>Selection procedure includes written exam, group discussion and personal interview.

BCA stands for BACHELOR IN COMPUTER APPLICATION and this course is of duration 3 years.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA IS:

1)You must have done 12th with Science or Commerce with English and one of the following subjects

Mathematics
Statistics
Business Maths.

2)You must have obtained second Class with 45% i.e. for Gujarat Board Science out of 360/800, Commerce out of 270/600, for Central board and ICSE Science 225/500 and Commerce 225/500.

3)Those who have done with Science the marks of all the subjects including the marks of Practical will be consicered for the percentage.

4)For some of the colleges the minimum age to apply is 17.
