    Hi friend,
Your interest says that you would do better in MBA than M.tech.But one thing i'd like to mention is that M.tech can be done freshly during these 1-2 years after your graduation as your knowledge in electronics & related subjects is fresh. But MBA does not require such kind of requirements or prior knowledge & therefor can be done any time in your life!Choice is yours1111!
    Best of luck!
