What are the chances of getting a job in IT companies after doing courses like CCNA and CCNP? What is the maximum age limit for it? Can a non-IT background student take up such courses?

Dear All,

I have 7 Years of exp in Banking and I am MBA Finance but now I want to do a Industry shift and I am thinking of doing CCNA CCNP .
Can anyone pls guide me what are the chances of getting a job in IT companies if I do this now.
and what is the maximum age for the same . and can person from Non It Background does this Course do He/she got a work opportunity in IT company.
Also Please guide me from where I can do this in Delhi. I have heard of NetWorkers Home they are claiming that after doing CCIE they will give 100% Placement.
