    What are the careers in Indian Air Force of different levels? Tell the eligibility criterion of each level?

    If your interested Airforce academy then you should apply for following entrance examination like , Combined defence service , NCC Special Entry , short service commission , University Entry Scheme etc....

    For National defence academy : you should be qualified for 12th examination in science stream from recognized university . your age should be 16.5 years to 19 years .

    For Combined Defecne Service , You should be qualified for bachelor degree in science stream or bachelor of engineering from recognized university .
    your age should be 19 years to 23 years .

    For NCC Special Entry , you should be qualified for bachelor degree in science stream the subjects like physics , chemistry , mathematics from recognized university . you also should have NCC airwing "c" certificate .your age should be 19 years to 23 years .

    For Short service commission , you should qualified for bachelor degree in science stream from recognized university . your age should be 18 years to 28 years.

    For university entry scheme , you should qualified for engineering course with good percentage of marks from recognized university . your age should be 18 years to 28 years .

    Note : percentage of marks are not necessary for airforce examination .

    The important notification for this examination are published in employment news paper and official website of UPSC .
