Re: What are the career options for a poor non-medical student? Can I go with B.C.A?

Who says that you are poor student.
I don't think that if you were Poor in 12th class then i don't think that you asked question here as i think you have too much knowledge about the internet and i think also that you have too much interest in the Surfing Net.
So my dear friend you are not a poor student You need to just study.
Or simply i want to say that you need to just divert your mind in to Study.
And i hope So you will see the result in your final exams which were held in March in the CBSE board.
SO don't think that you are poor guy Ok.
Ok Now comes to our question That you want to do BCA.
    BCA-
Here is the eligibility for the BCA course.
You are must 12th passed candidate in order to apply for the BCA course.
and for the good college you need to get 60% marks in your 12th board examination.

There is one more course in which you can take admission-
    i.e
    BTech
Yes bTech is also good course it is for the High ranking student Don't worry you can also appear for the btech exam.
Or we can say that you need to have the 12th passed with 60% marks and you need to appear for the
    AIEEE and IIT-JEE exams.

And for the BCA admission you don't need to fill up any forum of exams as in BCA admission is directly based on your 12th marks../

    Hi
Yes there are lot many options for Non medical students .
The option your choosing as BCA is also one of the best course. Because as far as the syllabus is concerned its advanced and contains all latest topics. It has a lot of scope after completing BCA you can go for post graduation which is MCA(Master of computer application).
Unfortunately first preference is given to ENGINEERING , But you need not to worry because BCA + MCA has a very good demand right after engineering.

    CHOOSE ACCORDING TO YOUR INTEREST

Don't go on what has scope and what does not have scope, after all the work or course whichever you do in which you are interested in will yield good results.
Still i will list you some of the courses

    1. BBA(Bachelor of business administration)
    2. BSc(Computer science), BSc(Chemistry), BSc(Physics), BSc(Mathematics), BSc(Zoology) etc
    3. Mass Communication, Animation, Multimedia, Journalism
    4. Fashion designing , Graphic Designing, Jewellery's Designing etc
    5. NDA
    6. Hotel Management

LOVE WHAT YOU , DO WHAT YOU LOVE

    Hi friend,

Well that's a cheerful option you got since you are non-medical college. Dont feel sorry since your Parents are unable for Engineering college fees, since yet you got many options and provided with nice amount of effort with right timing will make your way smooth in all other trades too. Yes, i will suggest you to persuade BCA since it is cheap and it is one of the best available courses for you. It is further followed by MCA which is considered equivalent B.tech in CS by companies. I am Mentioning Eligibility of BCA course since it will help you to find either you are eligible or not :

    Eligibility for BCA :

    >> You must have completed Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent

    >>The minimum marks secured in 12th standard should be at least 50%

    >>You should have pursued the science subjects. The science subjects should include Physics and Chemistry

    >>Most famous institutes insist that You should have pursued Mathematics during 12th standard

    Hope it helps!!
