    there are an ample number of options after completing mtech.....
    you can go forr research,you may apply for a post of lecturer in any reputed clg,you can even go for good jobs in companies....do let me knw in which branch you have completed mtech than i will let you know more options

    dear most of the graduate sectors ,advanced technological(ISRO) ETC... ask for the m.tech graduates , because master degree is much more than simple degree,
    you have various opportunities after your masters degree you have lot of industries waiting for you like
    • INFOSYS,
    • IBM,
    • TCS,
    • WIPRO,
    • Google,
    • ongc,
    • ntpc,
    • bhel,etc... and a lot more
    you can go to the research field like jrf/srf.
    you can also select the lecture oriented jobs,
    if you have an other idea regarding business or like opening a new company or industry you have to get knowledge about business management, you have various opportunities more than M.TECH. you can get good salary and high position.
    simply you need to go for MBA by writing the entrance exams like ,
    • cat,
    • mat,
    • XAT,
    • open mat,etc..
    the above exams are very important and lot of the top colleges are choosing cat score for the admission.
    so dear you have to crack the cat mainly.
    CAT (COMMON ADMISSION TEST)
    this entrance exam is for IIM'S ,this test consists of 120 minutes , more than 30+ institutes prefer CAT scores for selection, so dear you have to work hard in this
    the test consists of
    • quantitative aptitude
    • reading comprehension,
    • verbal ability,
    • data interpretation,
    • reasoning,
    • data sufficiency,
    MAT(management aptitude test)
    all india management association (AIMA) HAS BEEN PROVIDING THE SERVICE OF APTITUDE TESTING SINCE 1988 under the scheme of all indian management aptitude testing service,
    this test was conducted four times per year
    this exam consists of
    • language comprehension,
    • mathematical skills,
    • data analysis &sufficiency,
    • intelligence and critical reasoning,
    • Indian and global environment,
    this exam also consists of negative marks for wrong answering.
    if you cracked the CAT than you have to face the group discussions and personnel interview which carries 50 to 60 percent.
    XAT
    this entrance exam is given for the
    FMS,
    JMET,
    IITS AND IISC.
    AND THE OPEN MAT entrance exam is given for the IGNOU.

    There are many career options after completing a masters degree, you can go with the competitive examinations such as..

    UPSC:
    *Civil services
    *Indian forestry service
    *Indian engineering service
    *Indian Economical/Statistical service
    *Railway apprentices
    *National defense services/Naval academy
    *Combined defense services
    *Central police officers

    Civil Service examination :- candidate should be completed bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and candidate age limits for this examination is 21 years and 30 years at the time of appearing for this examination,upper age limits is given to the various reserved categories.Final year of degree course can also eligible to apply for this examination.Any stream like Engineering,Medicine,Commerce,Science,arts....etc.

    IES examination :- candidate should be completed bachelor's degree in Civil,Mechanical,Electrical,Electronics from a recognized university and candidate age limits for this examination is 21 years and 30 years at the time of appearing for this examination,upper age limits is given to the various reserved categories.Three years for OBC,five years for SC/ST categories.Final year of degree course can also eligible to apply for this examination.

    Bank PO examination :- The applicants should be completed graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification and the candidate must secure at least 55% marks in their examination.The candidate age limits for this examination is 21 years and 30 years and relaxation is given to the various reserved categories.
