    control and instrumentation stream offers immense opportunities in private and public sector.
    EVEN IN NEXT 5 years the scope is going to increase and there will be boom in it. and salary package is better than IT industry

    if you want govt. jobs then prepare for psu exams. if you have interest in software then try in wipro, ctc, and many other companies for jobs. else you can go for higher studies

    B-tech is degree course which is very reputed degree in INDIA.
    So i think now you have to look for Job.
    You can try in Banks exam or Post office exams and you can also submitted your resume in privates companies like WIPRO,TCS TATA ,Reliance etc..

    The instrumentation field there are many opportunites are available. You can join with the power plant or power stations oh sub stations or government and private sectors are needed for the instrumentation engineers.

    you have many opportunities.

    You can work in the following area :
    *power plant
    *oil & gas etc

    You can also work in some integrated field such as:

    *Building automation
    *Home automation

    You can also work in
    * Process Control Systems Design
    * PLCs, DSP Architecture
    * Design, Microprocessors System Design
    * Experimentation etc.
