    What can I(Teacher of Jhargram subdivision) do if I didn't took permission to study B.Ed from IGNOU from A.D.I? What is the exact rule to take permission?

    I AM A TEACHER OF JHARGRAM SUBDIVISION FROM 2007.I HAVE JOINED IN IGNOU B.ED. ON JANUARY 2011 WITH PROPER PERMISSION OF MANAGING COMMITTEE.BUT NOW WHEN I PRAYER PERMISSION FROM A.D.I. HE SAID IT IS TO LATE.PERMISSION MUST BE TAKEN BEFORE ADMISSION.BUT AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION I DID NOT KNOW IT.WHAT CAN I DO.IF SSC GIVE THE MARKS FOR B.ED. IN THIS CASE.WHAT IS THE EXACT RULE OF THIS.
    SIR PLEASE HELP ME.WHAT CAN I DO IN THIS SITUATION.I HAVE ALREADY IN 2 ND YEAR.

    Well,
    If you are already a teacher in a college then you need a leave permission all right. But you say that you have a proper permission from the managing committee. I do not see where the problem can lie then. Why don't you contact the principal of your school and ask him whom should you approach for permission. If the managing committee has given you permission then it must be in written format. Always keep the photocopies(at least 4-5) of that permit with you. If at any point you are asked to show it you will be able to produce it. Show it to your principal too. Also do not at any cost loose the original.
    Since you say you are in second year then your B.Ed. is complete almost. So when you complete this you will be eligible to apply for a teaching job in any school(mostly private). From your question it is not clear whether you have cleared your SSC or not. If yes then you are eligible for government schools also. Then if you see that after B.ed. it is better for you to shift, then start now looking for other school jobs in the newspapers. Good Luck.
