    What can I do to become a scientist in ISRO while studying final year B.Sc?

    HELLO SIR, I am Ramesh studying in Bsc final year. my question is i want to become a scientist in ISRO..so what i do to do that...

    Eligibility Criteria:

    Educational Qualifications:

    >>You should have complete BE/B.Tech or equivalent in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% (average of all semesters for which results are available).

    >>If you are appearing final year also eligible for the exam.

    Age Limit:

    >>For OC the age should be below 35 years as on 28-02-2012
    >>40 years in case of SC/ST
    >>38 years for OBC
    >>Ex-serviceman and Persons with Disabilities[PWD] are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders.

    Selection Process:

    >>You should have first class with minimum 65% marks in the Qualifying Degree ie, BE/B.Tech or equivalent for submission of application on line.

    >>Based on the academic performance and bio-data, initial screening will be conducted to short-list candidates for taking-up written test.



    How to apply :

    >>The application for on-line registration will be hosted in the ISRO web-site.

    >>You may visit the web-site at www.isro.gov.in to register their applications on-line.

    >>Applications will be received on-line only. Upon registration, you will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference.

    >>E-mail ID have to be given in the application compulsorily.

    Payment of Application Fee :

    >>There will be an Application Fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) for each application.

    >>After registration of application on-line, you have to down-load and print the personalized payment challan form, in triplicate, from the ISRO system which will contain the Name of the candidate, Registration Number, Receipt Account Number, Advertisement No., Post No. and Post Code.

    >>You may visit the nearest branch of State Bank of India for remittance of application fee by using the personalized payment challan of State Bank of India

    >>You have to down-load and print the personalized payment challan from the ISRO.

    ISRO stands for Indian Space Research Organization.

    A B.Tech student with 65% marks can apply to work in this organization.

    Your minimum age should be minimum 35 years to apply for the ISRO entrance exam.

    The proper syllabus of this examination is never given. But to gain some knowledge about the question pattern you can go through the papers attached.
