It is not necessary to go for a teaching job if you are not interested in it. You can go into research field if interested. In that case you should consider taking a PHd. Mathematician are required in various fields. You have the option to go in to the field of actuarial science, becoming a forensic expert, statistician etc. If you are interested in going for Government job then you must consider appear for UPSC exams like Civil Service, Police service etc. You also have the option to appear for the various PSC tests. Mathematician are also required in organisations like DRDO, ISRO etc. If you are interested in going for further studies then you can consider going in for MCA or MBA course. You can decide the stream which suits you the most and what your career aspirations are.

M.Sc mathematics provides students with vast number of opportunities. If you are not interested in teaching then drop it. Route your focus to other career options after M.Sc Math’s. After your masters, if you are interested the most obvious choice as far as higher studies is concerned is to go for a Ph.D. Other career options available are Actuarial, this requires top mathematical geniuses. Forensics experts, computer programming field are some available fields. You can also opt for career as Statistician, Economist etc. There are few other jobs available for M.Sc math students, which include technical writer, Research field etc. You can also appear in the UPSC or PSC exams and get jobs like Auditor Insurance risk manager etc. Appear in the Civil service exams and join as IAS, IPS, IFS, and ISS etc. Another option available is to do an MBA and enter in to the management field if you are interested. You can also work as stock broker and earn handsome money in this field. There are also other IT giants who recruit candidates from M.Sc mathematics field.

Re: What can I do after MSc (Mathematics) except teaching line?

If you do not like working as teacher then you can do:
    1. MBA in finance.
2.Try to get a UGC NET rank and get into research domain. remember researchers in Maths domain are in demand.
    3. look for a chance in ISI Kolkata, if you are interested in Statistics.
    4. GATE is your second door to get into M.Tech in computer science. Try hard and i am sure you will find IITs.

These are the good options you have in hand right now.
