    What is the best and easy route to become a food technologist? Why to do B.Sc in Biochemistry and then do masters in food technology?

    I have cleared my 1oth grade with 83%.Want to do my masters in food technolgy.
    Would like you to give me a good reason as to why do bsc in biochemistry and then do masters in food technology would be a wise decision rather than doing my diploma in food technology from sndt juhu then degree in food technology and then masters in food technology.
    please guide me the best path with valid reasons to becoming a food technologist
