After completion of B.E. you would have to choice to go for job or to continue you studies by pursuing higher studies like M.E, M.S, MBA. Bothe options are good and you would get lots of opportunities in both. If you want to go for job then you have option to work in core elctronics companies, you can also work in IT industry.Telecommuniacation industry also provide job to ECE students. If you want to go for higher studies then you can choose M.Tech, you would get 4 specialization in M.Tech/M.E you have to choose one. Most popular and demanding specialization is VLSI. You can work in that field. Also fi you are interested in management side then you can do MBA.
