CDAC pune is best institute among rest CDAC so better to go there.

CDAC stands for the center for development of Advance computing, So, it is a govt. organization that deals with the multiple vacational courses along with different project works.
So, if you have done some courses from it. then you can get a good job as another courses.
Since it is only a institution for courses , so, you will not get more wattage.
and the salary only depends upon the demand of courses in the market.
if you have done your courses related to software development then you can get 15-20k a month easily.
