My friend according to me there is no course called b.tech CS.
Its only b.tech CSE that means computer science engineering. So donot get confused.
This field has a very high scope presently and ahead also.
Due to high use of IT and computer science in almost every area and field of jobs the engineering in this field is highly important and scoring one.
This course covers all the aspects of computer technology, software, networking, infrastructure and of course artificial intelligence.
The jobs for the freshers are also good in both government and private sector with high paid posts like head computer engineer, IT analyst, hardware analyst, software developer, etc..in top companies and government organisations like ISRO, SSC, DRDO, VODAFONE, ACER, LENOVO, HP, HCL, WIPRO, INFOSYS, etc..

Regarding the scope of BCA and MCA the scope is also good but not that much as the science stream b.tech and m.tech.
As you know that science is superior to commerce so are the job prospects!!

Let me tell you that the jobs in b.tech CSE are technically oriented whereas in BCA they are sofware and programming oriented.

    ~Good luck~

    Dear Friend,
There is no difference in the two,it is just the way of saying it.B.Tech itself means engineering and putting the word "Engineering" in front of computer science or not does not alter its meaning. The job opportunities in computer science are huge with companies like Accenture,Infosys, wipro,TCS,TATA,Sahara, etc. providing good salary packages to deserving students by doing campus placements and also off campus recruitments.I don't think that BCA and MCA will prove more beneficial than B.Tech and M.tech.The latter has more job opportunities and also a wide range of syllabus as compared to BCA or MCA so engineering will provide you more knowledge of the subject.B.Tech is for 4 years whereas BCA is for 3 years.

B.Tech CSE and B.Tech CS both are same and both has same scope in future.

student of both streams are picked by top software company in india.

    - you should now concentrate more on improving your coding .
for placement in top software companies - you should be good in coding , have good communication skills , work on your apptitute .

    - in company you can work as a developer or as a tester depending on your ability .

    - b.tech is better option than B.C.A+M.C.A but it all depend on your own interest . so choose that carrier option in which you have interest .

    Hello friend,
CS is the short form for computer science engineering only so both are nothing but the same courses,
BCA and MCA shall also have same subjects you deal with as in CSE of engineering but the as per my views B.Tech shall be better one to opt as it shall also cover some technical subjects and good practical knowledge when compared with BCA.
After completing B.Tech you may do M.Tech so that you shall have a very good pay scale.
    Think well and decide wisely,
    All the best.
