Thumbs up Re: What is the average salary for a Chartered Accountant?

    Hi friend,

It depends upon various factors but at an average i can help you.

If you are from top colleges(not considering english, since it leads to money boost) and :

    > you have nice amount of knowledge : you may get even more than 10lakh per annum
    > You have medium knowledge : some thing 7 lakh per annum
    > Less knowledge : Nothing to 3 lakh per annum

If you are from Medium college and :

    > you have nice amount of knowledge : 5 to 8 lakh per annum
    > You have medium knowledge : 2 to 4 lakh per annum
    > Less knowledge : Nothing to 1.2 lakh per annum

If you are from not good college and :

    > you have nice amount of knowledge : 2.5 to 4.5 lakh per annum
    > You have medium knowledge : 1 to 2.5 lakh per annum
    > Less knowledge : Nothing

Well that will make it easy for you.

Re: What is the average salary for a Chartered Accountant?

    Hi..
The average salary of a Charterd Accountant depends upon the experience of the accountant.
The salary increases with the further gain of experience and job time..
However, the opening average salary of a CA is 20,000-30,000...
A CA can work in two ways-either in a Company or as a self practitioner..
MNCs use to recruit very experienced CA and usually give very handsome salary such as 12-15 lakhs par annum.
So,if you are thinking to join CA just because of good salary, think twice and go as per your interests,,
    Thanks...

    Hi Guest,
The type of salary depends on youe college and the skills which you have. If your college is one of the top colleges and you have very good communication skills then your salary is going to be great.

On an average I can say that the scale pay varies from 20000 to 30000 per month. So I suggest you to opt a good college and improve all your communication skills.

    All the Best.

    Hello friend..

CA is a professional course organised by ICAI in three stages:-

    1.CPT.

    2.IPCC.

    3.Final.

You have to also go for a training period of 3 and half years under a registered CA.

After your completion of CA course, you can either go for a job in a company or can work in a company.

If you work in a good company or an MNC,you will get a good salary.

Your salary will increase with your increase in job experiance.

Your initial salary will be at least 20,000-30,000 and it will increase gradually.

You can get salary of 12-15 lakhs after job experience of 5-6 years.

So,if you are interested in this course, then go for it.

    Best of luck.

    Thanks!!!
