hello,sir i am shairy gupta daughter of vk gupta....i am in 11th class.. and have a dream to achieve my goal and it is to become an successful IAS OFFICER//..but sir wenever i sit alone or bore i think for my goal.. but i dont get any idea or steps that i can take to come neareer to my goal...plzz tell me sir what i can do..to achieve my goals.. tell me ...si..r
