    4. General Knowledge (30 Marks)

    LLB :- Bachelor of Law . It is an Professional course and the course of the course for three years . The course is is divided into six semester . LLB course having good scope in both the private as well we Public sectors .

    To apply for LLB course you should complete bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized university . The stream candidate like, ( B.com / BBA/ B.sc / B.A ) candidate may eligible to apply for this course .     LLB stands for bachelor of Law. This Course is offered by many Under graduate Colleges and Universities Across India. The Duration of the course is 3 years and it mostly deals with Aspects of Law and IPC.



    Eligibility:

    To apply for the LLB exam you have to complete your graduation from a recognized university with 40% for General Category and 35% for SC/ST. The Admission into colleges in based on the Entrance exams Conducted . Some of the Entrance exams Include:

    SORRY, YOU CANT TAKE ADMISSION IN LLB AFTER THE AGE OF 20.
    THE BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA (BCI), WHICH GOVERNS STANDARDS OF LEGAL EDUCATION IN INDIA, INTRODUCED A 20 YEARS AGE LIMIT FOR THE FIVE-YEAR LLB COURSE AND A 30 YEARS AGE BAR FOR THE THREE-YEAR LLB COURSE FROM THIS YEAR
    BUT IF YOU WANT TO DO LLB THROUGH CORRESPONDENCE, YOU CAN DO IT FROM IGNOU OR FROM OTHER OPEN UNIVERSITIES.

    LLB course which is actually 3 years law course which is a bachelors course of law for which all the graduates from different streams are eligible to get admissions.

    So by this you are also eligible after completing you B.Tech and also MBA.

    there are various entry schemes for this course.

    In the course of LLB(Bachelors of Law) the students will get trained under different categories for example like about Indian Penal Code and other law aspects .

    At the end of this law course they will be given a chance to select the stream or specialization like Civil or Crime or Law and order .

    According to their choice they will be given a certificate to practice law.

    They can do practice individually or under a senior lawyer.
