No matter what ever happens, always stand strong like this.
Your 10th board exam percentage is quite good. As you are doing ITI in electrical you will suddenly find your self in a job. Never forget to register your name in Employment Exchange. this will help you to get ITI related jobs easily. After getting a job after ITI you can go for AMIE which will provide you Diploma course and that course is valid for all over India and with all employers( private and government).
NO matter what happens this course will never come under any scanner, because this course is directly under government of India, Ministry of HRD.
So go for it along with a job. after completing this you will find that Indian Railways appoints most number of diploma holders and getting a job out there will not be very tough for you.
The course fees is very nominal and any one can afford that. so go for it.
    Best of Luck.
