Re: Is it true that MPC students are not eligible to get admission for B.Sc (BZC)?

Here you are wanted to do the graduation. As you have completed your +2 So now you are eager to do the graduation course.Since you are Interested to the BSC course. So It is good decision, But dear friend You are here choosing the B.sc (Bio) Field and you are belonging from the Math- Science group from your +2.They are saying correct since you are not from the Biology section there fore you are not eligible for this course.
However If you Belonged from the Bio section then you could do the same.Or If you had taken the The bio subject as optional subject with the Math then also You can Did this.

But why are you worrying There is not only the BSC (BZC) Department in the BSC graduation course. There are many department available in this course. You can choose them for You.

The department in the B.sc Course are::---

    • BSC
    • BSC(HON)
    • BSC(IT)
    • BSC(CS)
    • BSC(ELECTRONIS)

You can choose the department According to your Interest as well as Your choice.

    "Good Luck"

Thumbs up Re: Is it true that MPC students are not eligible to get admission for B.Sc (BZC)?

    Hello Friend

Yes, you are not eligible for B.Sc BZC (Botany, Zoology and Chemistry) stream being a Mathematics student from your 10+2 level.

BZC course in B.Sc related to the Life Science stream, you must have studied life sciences subject at your 10+2 level that is Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) as your main subjects to get into BZC stream. As you are from Mathematics stream it totally different not related to the application of mathematical and scientific knowledge.

B.Sc BZC is a 3 years Degree program, and to join in any college in India the minimum requirement to join the course is must had completed your 10+2 with PCB as your main subjects with minimum percentage of marks.

Friend so i recommend that you better choose your stream related course in your degree level, if you are interested then you can join in courses with your qualification like

    B.Sc MPC (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry)
    B.Sc MPG (Mathematics, Physics, Geology)
    B.Sc MPS (Mathematics, Physics, Statistics)
    BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
    B.Sc Advanced Petrology and Hydrogeology
    B.Sc Organic Chemistry
    B.Sc Physical Organic Chemistry
    B.Sc Information Technology
    B.Sc (Mathematics, Physics, Electronics)
    B.Sc (Mathematics, Electronics, Computers)
    B.Sc (Mathematics, Physics, Computers)

So friend these are some of the degree streams that you can join with your 10+2 MPC eligibility, so choose a good stream and join for your higher study for any further information you can leave your message here.

    Regards.

    hello friend
Its good to hear that you are intrested in biology and want to pursue your graduation in b.sc(bzc).But the college in which you inquired gave you the right information you are not eligible to do b.z.c because only the bipc students can go for it since they have all the basic knowledge regarding biology. As other groups like ba you cant shift towards biology being a maths student.Better take some other subjects like maths, commerce, physics, electronics, computers e.t.c.Or if you still wish to do bzc then inquire about bridge course in which you will be taught intermediate botany and zoology basics and you will be appearing for the board exam on behalf of all the two years for this you have to waste an year and prepare then you will be eligible to take bzc.
    GOOD LUCK....

    HELLO FRIEND
It is good to know that being a maths student you are still interested in biology, for this i appreciate you,but as you got information from the college through which you inquired you are not eligible for doing bzc,it is only for bipc students.Because it is the continuation course for the students you can have shifting group option for other subjects but biology is such a subject for which you need basic knowledge of life sciences which will be provided in intermediate standard.Since you dont have the knowledge regardingly you may not be eligible for it.So, instead of that you can choose other subjects like mathematics, physics or chemistry. But if you still have a desire of doing bzc then please inquire regarding bridge course from your college. In this course you will be provided basic knowledge which is taught in 1st and 2nd year of bipc students and you will be able to write an exam for both the years at once, for this you have to waste an year. So, make a wise decision.
    GOOD LUCK......
