IIT-JEE is a entrance exam comducted to select students for engineering.There are two papers, paper 1 has 69 question in total for 240 marks,each subject had 23 question.Paper1 is difficult paper.Paper2 has 60 question. Each subject had 20 questions.

myself vivek shukla from kanpur.i have total 62% in 10 2 class with CBSE board. i have got 42% marks in mathematics, 64% marks in physics and 68% marks in chemistry subjects in 10 2 class. i have 81% marks in 10th class with CBSE board.i would like to know that could i attended exams of IIT-JEE, AIEEE, etc.

IIT exam consist of two papers , both objective & approx of 200 marks each. There are lot of topics , they given at the back of IIT brochure, questions mainly comes from 11th &12th course.

Syllabus is huge, list of topics are given in brochure of JEE 2010, for all three subjects.
All the questions are related to physics , chem & maths only, no any other topic.
There are two papers, contains aaprox 80 question each, & 180 marks each.
You need to clear over all cutoff as well as subject wise cut off.
