VNIT Nagpur is not possible in electrical. Try for some other branches like Manufacturing, Production or something which is no. 2 on your interest list.

I am very sorry to say that you cant get electrical courses even if you are a ST candidate.

Moreonver you cant get any NITs if you are OP/OBC.

To get admission to this colleges your rank should be under 20,000 but as you have said that your rank is above 1 lakh which means that there is not a 0.1 % chance that you will get admission to this college,But do not worry there are many private colleges where you can get the admission easily under management seats. Every private institute reserved there 5% seats to fill under management quota .Under management quota its the decision of the management to whom they should give admission .To get admission under management quota you have to pay some donation which is generally above 3 lakh .

Other then this if you are fresher then you can drop for a year and can prepare for exam .
