For NASA:

For astronuat a bachelor degree is necessity and of course the grades in too either it is engineering, biological or physical sciencd or mathematics.
If you do M.S it is good.

after completing degree with 65% its time to apply for astronauts positions.NASA recieces an averge of 4015 application to fill around 20 slots for every 2 years.and they call around 118 applicants from total for ASB interview based on
experience
potentioal
motivation
ability to function as team
and communication skill

For ISRO:

B.E/B.Tech with 65% are allowed to join an ISRO.

Final year students are also eligible for these courses .
The age for the final year candidates less than 35 years for General 38 for OBC 40 for SC/ST.
Pilot or commander position instead of the mission specialist.depending upon your interest you can join any one of these.

Details to Get JOb in ISRO On Basis of Scientist OR Engineer

ISRO Every year conducts this exam for the fresh B.Tech graduates in the name Scientist Eligibility Test (SET). This is a highly competitive examination and success will be based on outstanding score in the examination followed by a personal interview. Successful candidates will be placed as Scientist-B and This is considered as a very rewarding career opportunity for every B.Tech Graduate.


Selection Procedure:

1. First the candidates will be short-listed for appearing a Written Examination
2. The selected candidates from Written Exam will be called for personal interview
3. After the above two phases, the applicants will be recruited with the order of merit with verification of documents and completing other formalities with ISRO

If you are from general Category then you age must be not more than 35years
If you are from OBC Category then you age must be not more than 38years
If you are from SC/ST Category then you age must be not more than 40years

Educational qualification Required
You must complete BE with minimum 65%.
