There are many colleges in Delhi-NCR which offer b.tech.
But In U.P side they need ranking of UPSEE. Along with the ranking of UPSEE they consider percentage of 12th class.
some college also provide admission on percentage basis but those seats are from the management quota of the college.

    Dear Aspirant
Yes there are lot of colleges in Delhi which offer Engineering Study
    following are best among them
    -BITS Plani for Engineering
    -IIT Delhi
    -Delhi University

But these give admission on the basis of NEET rank.
But as you want to take admission according to your percentage in +2,so is suggest you to take admission in private institute for best results.
    which are
    -RIMT Delhi
-Guru Gobind Institute of Engineering Delhi....

    All The Best....

    Dear friend,

First of all I want to give you congratulations for passing 12th class with such good marks. Now as you are interested to take admission in Engineering course so I will suggest you to don't take admission in Engineering college on the basis of 12th marks. There are various private colleges in Delhi which provide admission on the basis of 12th marks. But there is no use of doing engineering from low level college. There is so much competition in Engineering course. So if you want to get good job after completing engineering then it is necessary that you should complete your engineering course from best college.

In order to get admission in top college you have to appear in various entrance exams like IITJEE, AIEEE, BITSAT and various other state level entrance exams. Through these entrance exams you can get admission in top colleges like IITs, NITs etc. It is always better to pursue B.Tech course from any Government engineering college. So it is better for you to drop this year and prepare one year for the engineering entrance exams and take admission through entrance exams.
