    Hello dear

initially, through the campus placement, you can't get placed in a good MNC after completing 10th with 82%, 2nd PUC with 59%

as the eligibility criteria for most of well known IT software comapny are like given below

    Academic Performance

    >>60 % in Std X, XII, Graduation and Post Graduation ( Simple average for all the years of Engg.). that is through out of academic career.

    >> Candidates should not be having more than 2 years gap in their career.

    >>No pending backlog at the time of appearing for the aptitude test.

    all the best.........

    Dear friend,
You have such a good marks and you are in E&C branch then you have to apply for gov. jobs like DRDO,BHEL,HAL,ISRO etc.All these organisation put the eligibility criteria for 60% aggregate.Hence you can apply for them.
These companies provide you good opportunities in R&D sector.

But if you want to apply for MNCs like Infosys,TCS,Cognizant then you can apply for them and will easily get a job.

    Eligibility for MNCs:

    1. You should be final yr student of B.Tech/B.E

2.You should have min.60% aggregate.marks criteria changes from college to college.

3.You should have good communication skills.

4.You should have basic knowledge of programming language like C,C++,Java.

5.You should have good aptitude skills.

    Procedure Of Selection:

1.First there is a written test in logical, verbal reasoning and data analysis, some programming related questions will bw asked.

2.After that if you clear the exam then you will be called for technical interview,in which some basic questions will be asked from C,C++,data structure etc.

3.After that you will be called for HR interview,in which your communication skill will be checked.

Then you will be selected if you are applicable for the company.

But as you are a E&C student then you have to try for core companies like IDEA,INTEL,VODAPHONE etc,you will get good start-up.

    best of lk...

    Dear friend,

you have got good marks in your 10th and in the degree. in BE you have got very good marks. but the problem is this that your 12th percentage are 59%, so you can't full fill the criteria of the MNC's.

but don't worry you can do more hard work in your BE and you will cam make 90% in your BE.

by this you can go for the M.tech. you have to fight the entrance exam for the M.tech. this is the GATE paper. you can go for this after your degree.

after this you will be definitely got the good job n the MNC's

    so best of luck.
