Dear friend, There is not any age criteria for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test, So be happy and apply without worry. Because there is not any age criteria for this Exam in the Notification of CTET. But your age not less than 21 years. This Exam is conducted by the CBSE Board for recruit the Teachers for high school level Students. CTET i.e Central Teacher Eligibility Test :

Here NOT REQUIRED age limit and follow information regarding this exam carefully;..This is conducted by the central board of secondary education i.e CBSE and this is inviting the application forms for teacher post in various schools.

For this test generally required educational qualifications are you must completed the 10+2/ diploma in elementary education and also completed the graduation / B.ED are eligible for CTET.

Required Requirements :

For this test you can appear for teaching two groups like;.Class-I to Class-V & Class VI to Class-VIII,so you can follow bellow;..

Minimum Qualifications for teaching Classes I-V:

10+2 with 50% marks and 2–year diploma elementary education OR
10+2 with 45% marks and 2–year diploma elementary education with the NCTE OR 10+2 with 50% marks and 4–year bachelor of elementary education OR
Graduation and 2-year diploma in elementary education.Here relaxation of 5% qualifying marks at BA/B.Sc./10+2 level for SC/ST candidates.

Minimum Qualifications for teaching Classes VI-VIII:

B.A. /B.Sc and 2–year diploma in elementary education OR
B.A. /B.Sc. with 50% marks and 1–year bachelor in education OR
B.A. /B.Sc. with 45% marks and 1–year bachelor in education with the NCTE OR
10+2 with 50% marks and 4–year bachelor in elementary education OR
10+2 with 50% marks and 4–year BA/B.Sc. Ed or B.A. (Ed.)/B.Sc. (Ed.) OR

Selection Processor :

For this the selection processor is based on the written test conducted by the cbsc and after qualifying the written test you can attend counseling.Here you can have many section options for where you can joining letter.

CTET stands for Central Teacher Eligibility Test.

CTET exam is conducted by CBSE for recruting teachers for students from1 to 8th .

These exam is conducted Once every year.

For 1st to 5th :-

You need to have passed the senior secondary with at least 50% marks .

You can also apply if your in the final year of Diploma course.

For 6th to 8th:-

You need to have completed graduation in any streams with at least 50% marks.

The exam consists of 2 papers.

First paper for class 1st to 5th and seconf for class 6th to 8th.

The exam is of 150 marks.

If you are interested in teaching for both the batchs then you need to appear for both the exams.

There is no age limit for this exam .

So you can apply at any age.

Application forms will be available from November.
