Application for the course can be done through out the year. But you will be eligible for the exam which is scheduled at least 6 months after the date of the exam. So for the December exam you should have applied before 5th June. So certainly you will not be eligible for the December exam. If you apply before 5th December you can appear the June 2012 exam. You can download the form from the website of the institute. Also you can visit the center near you for any clarifications.

ICWAI exam conducts twice the year in a year during the month of June and December.
For June term exam 15 th April.
For December term exam:25th October.

ICWAI course can be divided into intermediate, final and foundational course with eight paperes each.

12th candidates has to complete the foundation course of the institute to join the intermediate course.
