The questions asked in the IBPS exam will be of objective type pattern. There will be a given set of options as answers, and the candidate needs to choose the correct option. There will be negative marking for wrong answers. IBPS clerk exam syllabus includes 5 sections and they are as follows:

Each section consists of 50 questions and 50 marks each, so total there are 250 questions for 250 marks.

The time for this exam is 150 minutes and 0.25 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer and the question paper will be printed in English and Hindi languages.
