    There are three stages to this exam. You need to begin with the foundation course which is the basic level. You need to prepare in areas like Economics, Law, English, Accountancy and also Management studies. The next level which is the executive level requires preparation in areas like Management and Cost Accountancy, Labour Law, Income Tax and also Securities Law. The next level which is the final level includes the Corporate reforms, Advance law, Taxation, Forex Management and also Treasury Management. There will also be areas like Trade ethics, Governance, Tax practices etc. Along with this it is a must to complete the internship training. You would purchase a prospectus for Rs 200 from ICSI for detailed information.

    The Company Secretary ship has three stages as to successfully finish the course. There is a foundation course, Executive course and the Professional program in the final course. The syllabus followed for the Foundation Program comprise English Language, business communiqué, economics, accounting, business law and management subjects. The next step is the Executive program which includes business law, business accounts, and cost bookkeeping. It also includes management accounting, income tax, labor law, securities law and compliance. The final course includes treasury, Forex management, corporate reforms, bankruptcy, tactical management etc. It also includes worldwide trade, advance law, tax and practices. Some other subject including in the course are Corporate Compliance, trade ethics, governance, sustainability etc.

    CS course consist of 3 Stages - Foundation, Intermediate Or professional Programme. So, to apply for Foundation course, you need to be Intermediate and after graduation, you are eligible to apply for Intermediate Course. For foundation course, the syllabus consist of English and Business Communication, Economics and Statistics, Financial Accounting and Elements of Business Laws and Management.     Company secretary is the professional course .

    If you wnat to become an company secretary course then you should be qualified in 12th in any stream with good percentage of marks in recognized board . if you should face three level examination namely foundation exam , intermediate exam and final exam . There is no age limit for the course . any age candidate can apply for this examination . if you finished you under graduation then you directly apply fior the intermediate course . in our country so many college and separate institution are offers this course to student . there is good job opportunity for company secretary in banking sectors . insurance sectors , financial institution and reputed companies etc...

    CBI Recruitment examination is held generally once a year in the month of February for the post of Sub-Inspectors of Police in Central Bureau of Investigation.
    Examination Pattern :-

    The examination wills consists of two parts:

    Part I :-
    Written Examination : 400 marks (MCQ Type).

    Part II :-
    Personality Test (Interview): 100 marks.
