The syllabus for the clerical exam is mostly the same for all banks. The questions asked will be objective in nature. There is an option to answer in English or Hindi. There will questions to test the candidates in clerical aptitude. Along with that there will be questions in areas like reasoning and numerical ability. Also Computer Awareness and Banking Awareness area will be tested upon. There will be a section on English too. The level of the questions asked will be that of 12th standard.
