Suggest a job area where I can learn and work with ease and get good salary as an engineer.

sir,
i have done B.TECH(EEE) in the year of 2010 and started job in oct 2010. As company was a manufacturing unit , its manufacturing gone down and they conducted an exam and on that basis they said u r not perfoming well so they asked me to resign. But soon i landed a new job in a manufacturing unit as a trainee engineer.during training it was said that u wiil get a good salary after training,but increment was of just 1000. There was a lot of work pressure sometimes i had to do night shifts.i fell ill and was unable to continue my job on that time.I went back to join my job but they said some one has taken your position sit is not vacant for you, once again i lost my job. I was not paid what an engineer should get. but now i want to do a job where i can learn the basics so that i can make my career in that field.
i m good at study but i m getting the right place.i don't want to work ever in production line.

My request to you is plz suggest what to do?
