    Is it sufficient to appear in NET exam alone to get lecturer job? Should I do M.Phil in Management or Business Administration? I have completed MBA (HRM) in distance mode from ICFAI university.

    I have done my MBA(HRM) through distance mode from ICFAI University Tripura. In order to get a lecturer job, should I:
    1) Appear for NET exam only or,
    2) Do M. Phil in Management or,
    3) Do M. Phil in Business Administration, or
    4) Option 1) plus either option 2) or 3)?

    NET stands for national eligibility test
    it is quite a tough exam to crack....
    it is conducted by upsc twice a year
    it is enough for you to get you a lectureship job....
    NET is conducted for two posts:
    JRF
    LECTURESHIP
