science you didn't have maths in your 12th so you just cannot have mathematics....
you can choose

physics

chemistry

botany

zoology

IT

etc...you can take PHYSICS honors....it will be helpfull....

you can choose any of 3 subjects as your B.Sc combination

You are not eligible for B.Sc course without doing 12th with maths, physics and chemistry or biology, physics and chemistry course.
As you have not completed 12th with maths then you must have done with biology stream .
As you have 12th with biology stream you are eligible for B.Sc courses related to biology. The courses you are eligible are
B.Sc nursing
B.Sc genetics
B.Sc physics
B.Sc chemistry
B.Sc zoology
B.Sc anatomy
B.Sc biotechnology etc
