No you are not be able to apply for NET .
To appear in NET exam you must have PG degree in any stream minimum pass with 55% from a recognized university.
The NET exam is conducted by UGC for lecturer post in govt. Colleges.
So you are not eligible for it.

plz specify whether any guy having MRMD degree can appear for NET exam?
