Punjab Technical University offer for this course approved by AICTE.so you can study B.tech in robotics in that university.

You choose any one of the following branches to become a robotics engineer. 1)ECE 2)EEE 3)MECHANICAL . After that you write gate exam for mtech courses. You can score good marks in gate means you get a seat. You choose robotics branch in mtech course. Then you will become a robotics engineer. Best of luck.

To become robotic engineering i recommend to opt for megatronics.student who opt for megatronics have very bright future. Robitics doesnt only means of doing a robot it depends on many stream knowledges. As to your question if your intrested inrobotics and wanted to become such type of engineer then better to mechanical where you can find jobs in that of reobotics and you can choose department of electrical where you would have a project on the topic so you can improve but in abroad it has a lot of scope and research going on better to try in abroad universities or engineering colleges

yes, in fact there are many different types of engineering degrees. Theres mechanical, electrical, computer, chemical, civil, construction, industrial, the list goes on. As far as robotic engineering goes, the closest to that would probably be electrical engineering or computer engineering, and then grad school with a specialty in robotics.
