If you wan to go for medical then only choose for biology ,otherwise go for some other option like computer science, electronics .
if you choose computers/electronics it will be helpful in future . Choosing BIO+MATHS is also not difficult but while preparing for CET (engineering entrance exams ) you must prepare for both .

Both biology and maths are good but if you have special inclination towards biology then take Physics, Chemistry and Biology as a combination. Or else take Pure science , i.e, with maths in it and not Bio. If you take pure science then you can go for engineering stream and if you have bio you can either go for general stream-Computer Science/ Bio science/ Bio Informatics/ Bio Chemistry/Bio Physics or you can go for Medical line.

I would suggest that its better to go for general line or engineering rather than medical. Medical has limited scopes of studying and hence a job.

I think you should opt for what you like ,if your parents want you to take bio then try to convince them and as if you will take bio because of your parents then you would not be able to do well as that was out of your interest
