hello friend for becoming a caertified ethical hacker take computer related courses in graduation like
1. b.com(computer)
2. b.sc(computers)
3. b.tech(cse, it)
4. bca etc
this will help you alot and along with computer degree do ethical hacking course , fulfill your wish
