    friend,,,,,,,,,,

After 10th you should complete your 10+2 then you can go for Air force, you need to join Air flying schools after completion of 10+2, they should pass the 10+2 exam with physic, chemistry, math. Minimum marks should be 50%.So, you have to complete 10+2 to appear for any pilot training ....

They need to clear the entrance test exam of the flying schools in India, they also need to clear the physical fitness (Which is tough one). Only totally fit person can get opportunity to get admission in flying schools.

Don’t confuse with the job of pilot of Indian air Force. IAF pilot is selected through NDA exam, training is free!!!!!
But if opt for private training it will be very costly....

They need to clear the entrance test exam of the flying schools in India, some will be state owned and some will be private..

    State-owned
Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udan Akademi, Rae Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh
Andhra Pradesh Aviation Academy, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh
    Amritsar Aviation Club, Amritsar, Punjab
    Bihar Flying Institute, Patna, Bihar
    Bombay Flying Club, Mumbai, Maharashtra
    Gujarat Flying Club, Vadodara, Gujarat

Re: Which stream to opt after 10th to become a pilot in future?

You need to complete 12th standard next. During the 12th standard you must select the science stream. Along with Physics you must select Mathematics as an option. It is not necessary to opt for Biology. To join the air force you need to apply for the NDA exam. The other option is to complete graduation in science stream and appear for the CDS exam. If you want to join private airline then after 12th you can join any of the air flying academy.

After passing tenth you can't apply for pilot. First you complete your class twelth with science stream .In science stream you have to study with maths.physics.chemistry.than you will be eligible for it. After that you willhave to do aeronautical engeneering. You have to give your fitness test if you qualify it than only you will be eligible for it and after an all you jave to qualify Indian Air Force exams for air flying. Or you have to join air flyiny school.
