Chemistry forms one of the important subjects for both - Medical Trio and Engineering Trio.

The three subjects significant for Medical line joining are Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB group).
and for Engineering the trio consists of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM group)..

As you said, you are good at Maths, and Biology is not in your interest list, how can you think of getting into medical line.
Biology forms the backbone to become a doctor.
Without an interest in the subject, I would suggest you not to enter into the field.

And to explore more of your favourite subjects like Physics and Mathematics, you can definitely go for Engineering, if you have knack for the field.
A student passionate towards Maths can always go for Engg, which is the safest option for a Mathematics aficionado.

But when it comes to Chemistry, it is a subject which is also needed for Engg.
One cannot pass the entrance exam for medical and engg both without showing interest towards Chemistry.

    >>> Some of the best courses for a student interested in Maths and Physics are:

you can go for BCA (Bachelor in Computer Application), maths is compulsory here.

you can also go for B.Sc in Computer Science, Maths and Physics both are compulsory here.

Both are 3 years degree courses and are very prospective, and unlike other inefficient degree courses, provide you good job avenues right after one's bachelors.

You can also try National Defence Academy Services like Navy and Air Force, if you want to explore Physics and Maths.

    All the best!!!
