If your biology is strong, you must choose medical Field.
You can choose Commerce Field Also, its totally on your choice of Interest. Commerce with Maths have a great scope in future as in CA CS Etc.
Medical field Cannot be Neglected. You can Opt for MBBS, BDS and other Medical courses.
The Demand of Medical Students are increased in both Research and Medical Sector. AIIMS, AIPMT are the top ones.
As your English is Strong MBA will be great for your post graduate course.

As clearly specified by you that you like Biology, you should definitely opt for Science as your field of study after 10th.
If not MBBS, you have numerous other options like Biochem, Biotech, Genetics, Microbio, etc.
Hence, your interest in Biology would be retained throughout.

But if you want a typical career path in English, then B.A in Honors (English) can be undertaken, followed by M.A. in English.

And answering to your last question, Mathematics is not at all used in Commerce. But calculations are an integral part of Commerce stream in the form of Accounting.
But the typical maths like differentiation, integration has nothing to with Commerce, except one topic known as Probability that one may need to study some time in one's commerce studies.

When it comes to biology the best option that you can go for is medical .
Other than that commerce with maths also gives you a very good option . At the same time it has a number of various interest you have.
So the actual choice is yours.
