The decision on which course is best for you will depend on your personality, strengths etc. This will vary from person to person. You will have various options like HR, Marketing, Finance etc to choose from. As part of the first year you have received basic insight in each of these areas. You would be having a liking to a particular area. You can choose the stream based on that. Also you will have a basic idea of the kind of work that will interest you. You need towards achieving the same. Select the stream which help you to pursue that stream. You can also seek guidance from institute where you are pursuing the course.

Re: Which specialisation is best for a B.Sc candidate in MBA?

You can study the MBA program taking specializations of your interest. So many specializations are there in MBA. Some of the Specializations in MBA comprise Finance, HR, Hospitality Management, Systems and so on. Since you are from a Science background, you can choose HR or Systems. These subjects will be quite easier for you and help you to get a good career. If you have good communication skills, and are interested in marketing, you can take Marketing specialization. Firstly, think and decide which field you wish to work in. Then study the course taking the specialization accordingly. If you like working in the managerial levels of Hotel industry, amusement parks, retirement homes and so on, you can pursue the Hospitality Management specialization.

specialisation is best for a B.Sc candidate in MBA
Many times choosing a specialization in MBA is not strictly linked to your graduation, but to your personality and areas of interest. For example people choose marketing if they like to talk to people, like to do creative stuff etc. People choose HR if they like to talk and listen to other problems and so on. But if you have a technical inclination, you can opt for Systems. But my suggestion will be to attend 1st year MBA so that you will have a good idea on all stream and then you can choose one specialization or two areas depending on strengths you have.
    you can choose following specialization....
    MBA in Human Resources
    MBA in Health Care Management
    MBA in Communication
    MBA in Marketing
    MBA in Hospitality & Tourism

    good luck

    Hi friend,
The decision has to be taken by you based on your intrests.
Remember MBA is a degree that teaches you buisness skills,
    buisness administration and nothing technical.
So you shall choose a branch that suits your intrest.
You can choose from IT , systems or Sales because finance and HR won't make any sense.
I think sales would be the most versatile branch and sales person are the
    highest paid professionals.

The specialisation you choose depends totally on your interests & knowledge.
If you are outgoing & have good communication skills go for Marketing.
