    Are software engineers eligible for Staff Selection Commission recruitment's?

    hello
    I have given ssc exam this year(2013)
    what is the software engineering?
    How can we appear for this?

    SSC has Announce Jobs for Refresher Engineers :-

    B.E/B.Tech/Diploma graduates in Engineering can apply as Engineering Assistant/Technician in SSC
    you can check more at sss.nic.in
    Age limit :
    1) For Engineering Assistant : 30 Years (As on 01.01.2013)
    2) For Technician : 18-27 Years (As on 01.01.2013)

    Salary Offered : Rs 9,300- 34,800

    Qualification for Engineering Assistant

    you should have completed 3 yrs Diploma in Radio/Telecommunication/Electrical/Electronics/Information Technology /Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
    you shlould have One year experience in the related field.
    you must have Degree with Physics as one of the subjects from a recognized University/ Institute.
    you should have Suitable Knowledge of Wireless Radio Engineering

    Qualification for Technician

    you should have 10+2 pass from a recognized Board.
    you should have Diploma of at least 2 years duration in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized University/Institute[/B]

    Education:Graduation

    Age Limit: 18/20 27 years (26 for Statistical Investigator). Applicable as on 01st January, 2012.

    Fee: Rs.100/- (Not Applicable for SC/ST/PH/Ex-S/Women) and paid only through Central Recruitment Fee Stamps.

    How to Apply: Candidates willing to apply, may submit there application in ways, either Apply Online through from website http://ssconline.nic.in. AND http://ssconline2.gov.in

    S.S.C -- STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION


    You will go for the " C.I.D " based on " S.S.C "


    To be eligible for SSC ... you must have a

    <> Minimum of Graduation from a recognized university

    <> The minimum age must be 20 years

    <> Maximum age is allowed up to 25 years

    Hi aspirant,

    Staff Selection Commission:
    This exam is held by central government of India to recruit members for Special Agency purpose.
    They can be recruited as:
    Food Corporation of India
    Sub Inspector in Central Police
    Constable in Central Police
    Stenographer
    Clerks


    ELIGIBILITY:
    Qualification Required:
    -> For undergraduate or graduated student 50% is the minimum percentage required for being eligible
    -> Minimum age limit is 21 years of age
    -> Maximum age limit is 30 years of age
    -> There are certain relaxation available on reservation basis
    a) For Scheduled caste or Scheduled Tribe a age relaxation of 5 years is available
    b) For Other Backward Caste a age relaxation of 3 years is available
    c) For service people a age relaxation of 5 years is available
    As there are no bars on disciplines to be pursued,
    So be glad to know that you are eligible for Staff Selection Commission recruitment.


    But this does not end the journey to success.
    There are certain test conducted to eliminate some of the students those have cracked the entrance exam.

    Hello

    SSC is abbreviated as Staff service commision
    Yes being a software engineer you can apply for SSC exam
    SSC exam is condcted once in a year
    The procedure for selecting the candidates for the right job is through
    • Written exam
    • Personal interview
    • Medical test
    All the candidates must be the citizens of India
    The age limit for SSC is 18 - 27 years
    All the candidates applying for the exam must have completed degree from a recognised board by the central government
    The candidates applying for Compiling and Statistical investigation must have studied maths, economics or statistics in degree
    The candidates applying for assistant CSS post must have computer skills

    dear aspirant
    yes my a software engineering is able to give the exam of SSC which is stand for staff selection commission now let me tell you in detail that their are many posts for which you can be able to apply first of all that the post name is assistance engineering in which the required qualification is that a person should have to finish their graduation for BE/B TECH degree and my friend you can also apply for the technician post also and the age limit for most of the technical post are from 18 to 26 year .
